•   IHWA Long Form Assessment
• 1 hour initial consultation is to go over the results and come up with an initial game plan. The goals and plans are chosen by you. This is because you will be carrying it out. I am here to support and encourage you and hold you accountable. 
• Private Zoom every other week for up to 30 min. This time will be used to adjust the daily plan as needed. 6 sessions.
• I share resources and studies as needed to help you through this journey
• I am available by email during business hours
• This is a 3 month commitment. You will be required to schedule and attend your sessions. 

➡️ Remember the transformation you see will be equivalent to the effort you choose to commit to these goals. I can only guide, educate and encourage you. You have to do the hard part of implementing the daily steps in order to see a difference.
